disconnected when get in forsaken tower

it happens every time i go there, just after click on the NPC, choose the level then i got dced. relog and then im in the tower. How can ii fix this

Try either turning down ur grafics or your view distance this is mostly because its too much for your computer to handle so it crashes the game or you can try to go to the npc click the level you want and be still dont press anything till it loads the new area

it doesnt help, still the same problem.
I have 4GB ram, CPU 3.1 and graphic card 256
